Q: What is the jewelry made of?
A: The earring wires are made of solid bronze and are either 22K gold plated or sterling silver plate over the bronze. The earrings posts are made of surgical steel. All chains, charms, clasps, and findings are solid bronze or a sterling silver plate over the bronze. All of our metals have an antique finish, which gives a softer vintage appearance. In addition, all of our metals are lead, nickel, and cadmium free

Q: What is used to embellish the jewelry?
A: We use only Swarovski Elements (crystals) fresh water pearls, and genuine mother of pearl. Our stones are either true vintage glass or reproduction glass. All of our enamels are hand mixed and hand applied in our studio by skilled American artisans
Q: What is the standard size on the necklace?
A: A Standard Sized Necklace is adjustable from 16-18” long unless otherwise noted
Q: Rings adjust to what size?
A: Our rings are adjustable from a size 5 to a size 11 finger.
Q: Do you accommodate special requests?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests at this time.
Q: Do you repair Jewelry?
A: Yes, We repair jewelry free of charge if reported within 7 days of delivery from AnneKoplik.com. After 7 days, there is a minimum repair fee of $7 per item depending on the item, plus shipping costs. As we do repair jewelry at our discretion, you must contact the repair department for an RA # (Return Authorization #) before sending any packages. The RA# is valid for only 10 days and will not be accepted any time after those 10 days expire. For every package returned, you must have separate RA #’s. You can obtain a RA # by emailing to repair@annekoplik.com or call 1-845-279-8244 ext. 14. We reserve the right to refuse packages without RA #. Q: How do you care for the Jewelry?
A: Care Instructions - Over time, the brass finish will naturally darken. However, you can brighten the brass by using any good brass polish that is non-abrasive such as Cape Cod or Brasso polish. Handle with care, as each unique design is delicately hand crafted. Normal, reasonable wear and tear is expected. DO NOT spray perfume directly on or use body lotions in the area of the jewelry while wearing. DO NOT wear while bathing, swimming or sleeping. By following, these simple tips while wearing Anne Koplik jewelry you will enjoy years of compliments.
Q: Why is there a post and wire shown in photos of earrings?
A: All earrings come standard with wire (A fishhook or lever back, as shown in the catalog) unless otherwise noted. If you would prefer earrings to be a post or clip-on, you must specify this when adding to cart. There is an additional $6.00 charge to have earrings changed into a post or clip-on. With that change, your earring will have a round Swarovski crystal top, which represents the earring as a post or clip-on (As shown in photo).

Returns and Exchanges
Q: I don't have my original invoice/packing slip; can my return still be accepted?
A: You must present a copy of your invoice/ packing slip to accept any returns or repairs. If you do not have either, please call 800-542-3134 or email info@annekoplik.com and supply all the necessary information needed.
Q: If I purchased Anne Koplik jewelry from a department store, boutique or from another online retailer can I return it to you for exchange or repair?
A: No for returns, you must return the jewelry to the location where the original purchase was made. However, yes, we can repair Anne Koplik items purchased from another retailer or website. As we do repair jewelry at our discretion, you must contact the repair department for an RA # (Return Authorization #) before sending any packages. You can obtain a RA # by emailing to repair@annekoplik.com. We reserve the right to refuse packages without RA #. You must include this form when returning jewelry for repairs click here.

Q: Do you Gift Wrap?
A: Yes, Gift-wrapping means that the jewelry you have purchased will arrive wrapped in white organza bag inside of a beautiful white AKD logo box with a gold band. Rings arrive in a beautiful white satin lined AKD ring box.
Q: I am looking for a specific item, but I do not see it online. Can I still get it?
A: Send us an email with specifics of the item you are looking for. Unfortunately, in most cases we do not carry it anymore.
Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Q: When does my order ship?
A: That depends om you shipping choice.
Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes, we do not keep any card information on file and all orders are processed through secure SSL servers.
Q: Can I cancel my order after I checkout?
A: For any orders cancelled within 48 hours of sale a 5% processing fee of total sale, will be deducted from your refund.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: New York Sales Tax will only apply to New York residents.
Q: What if I see a custom-made piece of jewelry worn by a celebrity and I want to buy it?
A: Please send us an email and will get back to you with an answer if possible to make it and the cost.
Shipping
Q: Can I have my purchase shipped to a different address?
A: Yes, just enter the desired ship address in the "shipping address" section of your shopping bag.
Q: Does someone have to sign for the package on delivery?
A: No, you do not need to sign for your package. If you are not, at home when the package is delivered UPS will leave it for you on your doorstep or contact you for a convenient time of delivery or pick-up. After 3 attempts, your order will be shipped back to Anne Koplik Designs.
Q: Can I check my order status?
A: You can track your order once it is shipped. Upon charging your credit card, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number, and a link to where you can track your shipping online.
Materials
For over 30 years, Anne Koplik Designs has used only the finest materials to create and manufacture every collection in their New York studio. Each unique piece is hand enameled and made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS by a team of dedicated professionals.
Antique Stones: The true antique glass stones and beads were made in Czechoslovakia, Austria, and Germany prior to WWII. The styles reflect Victorian, Art Deco and Art Modern themes.
Crystals: Made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS
Earrings: The earring wires are made of solid bronze and are either 22K gold plated or sterling silver plate over the bronze. The earrings posts are made of surgical steel.
Enamels: The enamels were developed in the studio using an exclusive 5-part process that took 2 years to develop. All of our enamels are hand applied in our studio by skilled American artisans.
Glass Hearts: The hearts are made of glass and are individually hand polished.
Glass Stones: The antique reproduction glass stones and beads are produced today in a tradition that has been handed down from generation to generation and uses the original tools and dyes used to make true antique stones.
Metal Chains: All chains, charms, clasps, and findings are solid bronze or a sterling silver plate over the bronze. All of our metals have an antique finish, which gives a softer vintage appearance.
Semi-Precious Stones: Amethyst, Black Onyx, Blue Onyx, Blue Topaz, Carnelian, Carved Peridot, Citrine, Fresh Water Pearls, Garnet, Iolite, Labradorite, Natural Coral, Peridot, Pink Quartz, Rose Quartz, Shaded Hessonite, Sleeping Beauty Turquoise, Smoky Quartz and Tanzanite.
Silver: The silver is a sterling silver plate over brass.
In addition, all of our metals are lead, nickel, and cadmium free and everything is made in the USA.

Return Policy
RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
- We have a 30-day money back guarantee. You must provide a copy of your original receipt along with the merchandise you wish to return. The merchandise must be in original perfect condition.
- In order to return an item you must first contact Anne Koplik Designs directly to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number – repair@annekoplik.com, (800) 542-3134, call Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm EST.
- Any item that arrives damaged will be repaired free of charge. Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Special orders are not returnable.
WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:
- We will accept up to 5 pieces returned every 6 months for credit towards your next purchase. NO REFUNDS of any type will be issued. Credits will remain on file for 1 year, NO EXCEPTIONS. Items returned must be from the last two catalogs. Any items returned that are not from the past two catalogs will not receive any credit and will be returned at your freight expense.
- All returns must have an RA number on the outside of the package or it will be refused. In order to return an item you must first contact Anne Koplik Designs directly to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number – repair@annekoplik.com, (800) 542-3134, call Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm EST.
- All returned merchandise must be in perfect condition. Any items which are in need of repair will be subject to a minimum repair charge of $4.25.
- All returned merchandise must be be on its original earring/pin card, individually bagged and labeled with the item number. Any items which are not received in this manner will be credited less a 50% restocking fee.
- All credit memos will be applied to your next invoice. No refunds will be issued.
